About the Inclusion Impact Calculator

Most organizations are losing money they cannot see. When employees in different groups experience meaningfully different levels of satisfaction or inclusion at work, the effects show up directly in two places: productivity and retention. The Inclusion Impact Calculator makes those invisible losses visible — as a dollar figure your leadership can act on.

The calculator uses your organization's size and revenue alongside satisfaction or engagement levels for each group. Groups can be defined in any way that makes sense for your organization — demographic categories such as gender and race/ethnicity, role-based categories such as executives, managers, and individual contributors, location or division-based groups, work style (remote vs. on-site), or any other meaningful segmentation. It estimates the financial cost of satisfaction gaps relative to your highest-scoring group, split between reduced productivity and the cost of replacing employees who leave.
